Stacey, a year ago was too difficult to understand your teachings, but then a year later I came across your channel again. And started really diving deep into your precision of 1munute entries and better market understanding. Finally, I developed my own style of trading and a simple repeatable process. Now my win ratio improved from 30% to 65% with an average of 3.5R in a matter of a few months! Enormous respect and gratitude to you!

I still have trouble completely understanding the weekly, monthly templates as well as D1,2,3 setups but I was able to spot it on Daily S&P which was pumped from May 20-30, consolidation till June 8th and dumped on June 9th, which turned out be a nice swing trade short. So, basically this pattern - Pump, Consolidation and Dump or Dump, Consolidation, Pump- occurs in all timeframes. One needs to train their eyes through practice. Thanks Stacey - keep the examples coming as they help a lot.

I am with you here. SBT concepts are coming in clearer for me as well. I’m at that same level where the intraday is starting to flow as expected but I still am learning big time regarding week 1-3 flow and Monthy areas. Once I get those two going, I think the sudden continuations will make a lot more sense! I can reversal trade pretty well. Believe it or not I can’t Trend trade to save my life but with Stacey I am not losing at trend trades as often. Getting there

Pump ,consolidating, dump. Fxmomo thank you. That made it make sense for me. I think Stacey explains things at such a high level that the average trade just gets lose in his trading “language “.

Stacey, while i was doing my daily back test i now realize why you emphasize on looking for a setup that you can stack sizes. i was back testing way back on the month of February 2022 on GOLD data when it peaked and tapped $1972.5 with 3 levels or rise with $25 increments coming out from a consolidation of 1895. a series of entries and retest entries applying the methods and blown my mind when you held most of the position knowing that there's a high probability it will take out the lows of that consolidation where the move came from (3 full expansion no fib). with a strategic stop loss sizes im blown away where a 8 hours of price action can make a (wife) changing money lol. insane... totally insane.... i had worked in oil and gas companies where my salary was way beyond on what i can imagine being paid on a employee.. this move alone is a 1 full year of salary. the M's and W's are your friend with this kind of move. This brings me to the point where you mentioned we don't need to trade everyday with the FOMO attitude. knowing what to look for and when it could happen and participating on that move with high probability is the mindset we should be having. not short sighted but thinking BIG. (not the exact words as you may say it but i get it) :) I have a question tho.. would you consider holding this position to take the lows of where the price has started to take off? i know that you dont fantasized on moonshot trades but perhaps on some occasion maybe you may consider? Im on the process of building my playbook some of what i had observed on the pair im trading with high probability scalp patterns. but most incorporating the knowledge you had provided. :) waiting for your future contents. much love sir! - over and out

Im absolutely certain SB's teachings and strategies are a gold mine. Ive learnt alot from your teachings and im very grateful which ive expressed many times. But there's gotta be a better and simpler way to explain and teach this. Ive put in so many hours, studied and restudied the 'Start here' playlist and so many other vids a multiple times to build a stronger foundation to understand these setups. But it is incredibly confusing. Im not seeing any structured definitions that frame these concept's. Perhaps have more written explanations and definitions? In an instruction manual type approach. You pointed to 3 waves, first wave you said day 1, second wave day 2, they were both on the same day. You ofcourse dont need to do anything because all the incredible work youve done already for free is amazing and appreciated. Ive sacked all other educational stuff that ive learnt last few years, sunk my teeth into SB trading. Im really frustrated but excited to one day get it. But ive put in too many hours to turn to something else. If anyone has any advice or can offer help with this, would love to hear it. Thanks SB

Study and restudy your charts. This is all a mindset shift. What you are asking is already on all the videos but you need to be patient and put in the work. In essence Stacey is the only one that can try teach all of this but as he always says in his videos: there is nothing new in the markets (under the sun). So be patient and be determined to learn. No book will teach you what you can learn from the charts! Good luck.

@@darthtrader7605 I have trouble determining which PF to take. sometimes he uses the latest high/low instead of the session high/low or day high /low. So what is a quantitative method to determine that?
@darthtrader76052 жыл бұрын
@@GrowInTheDark your gonna have to run the charts and determine that for yourself. its about time compression and liquidity.

@@darthtrader7605 I know that, obviously. I'm sure there is more of a quantitative answer to that.

thanks always for your time Stacey. I have been backtesting. i didnt want to because i think backtesting leads to impatience as live data doesnt replay 100x speed lol. but i switched to only gold for trading and i needed to learn its ins and outs. the power of round numbers (.00) is amazing. also support becoming resistance on the 1m has really improved my spotting for buys as im usually horrible at buys. do you suggest often checking the daily or just focusing on the weekly momentum? im a bit stuck on this one.

I had a thought about trading ranges, that the biggest range is: "somewhere between zero and infinity ... the price/point of contol or value etc ... is always somewhere between zero and infinity." Then to narrow it down to something more realistic ... somewhere between the all-time record high and low, and between the monthly hi/low, weekly high and low, hourly, etc. It is always in some kind of range, but I think it started making more sense when I thought "between zero and infinity, then narrow it down to something more specific and practical ... like the extreme high of the week."

Honestly that’s my goal too, I’m trying to do his peak formation trade but on the daily. I’ve noticed week 2 seems to be the safest entry after volatility from week 4 of prior month and the new month week one!

So 1,2,3 days is also relevant for 1,2,3 hours. For setups. Weekly/intraday.
