Stacked imbalances in the order flow are on my favorite ways to trade on the back of aggressive traders.
An order flow imbalance occurs when there is a significant difference between the buying and selling pressure at a particular price level. In other words, there is an excess of either buy or sell orders compared to the opposite side. When these imbalances stack up at multiple price levels, it is referred to as stacked imbalances.
Stacked imbalances indicate that there is a cluster of aggressive traders entering the market with a strong bias. For example, if there are multiple buy imbalances stacked up, it suggests that there is a group of aggressive buyers willing to enter the market at those levels. Conversely, if there are multiple sell imbalances stacked up, it suggests a group of aggressive sellers.
Traders who favor stacked imbalances look for opportunities to trade on the back of these aggressive traders. They aim to capitalize on the potential continuation or reversal of the price trend based on the imbalance. If there are stacked buy imbalances, it may indicate a strong bullish bias, and traders may consider entering long positions. Conversely, if there are stacked sell imbalances, it may indicate a strong bearish bias, and traders may consider entering short positions.
By monitoring the order flow and identifying stacked imbalances, traders can potentially gain insights into the intentions of aggressive traders and the potential direction of the market. However, it's important to note that trading based on order flow and stacked imbalances requires skill, experience, and the use of complementary analysis techniques to confirm trading signals. It is also crucial to manage risk effectively and use proper risk management strategies.

I think Stacked imbalances in confluence with Speed of Trade ( breakout/down) can be a confirmation for entry but you have to look for other confirmations like a pull back with divergence or Filling of FVG in opposite direction as a retest before entry.

When price is trading above a stacked selling imbalance and comes back down into that zone, can it act as support and why would this occur

What should i look in an orderblock(confluences). 2.How to use orderflow to determine if a pulback will will reverse from our zone or go through it. 3. How to use orderflow to identify weather a breakout will be a liquidity sweep or a continuation?
