Great side by side review. I know a paint touch up and curving the middle plate could go along way for the wee big eagle. But wwe needs to do better with this belt. Love the xman belt Definitely a great looking belt

Just ordered a stacked Blue Big Eagle from XMan. I’m a fan of customizing these things. TV accuracy isn’t a big deal as even the TV belts were hand made one offs in their own right.

@@MikeMAB-o3h Make sure you opt for the 24k gold plating. I ordered the standard 18k plating and wish I had opted for 24k.

wow that orginal shop belt they made was so awful for the Big Eagle. Its so flat. I love all the shop plates now, but I just can't waste my money on that plastic acrylic strap.

People need to stop thinking that WWE is going to give us *"TV ACCURATE"* belts. They never will.

I know they aren't going to offer tv accurate but if they really want people to stay away from bootleg belts then they really need to step up their game. Especially when the defects are an easy fix. Curve the plate, paint the globe correctly and do some nugget texturing and it'll be a lot better. If someone wants real leather and cubic zirconia stones then they can do that afterwards. They can at least make the plates a lot more accurate.

The Big Eagle belt I got from WWE Shop years ago has a curve and the right shade of blue. Shame the quality has gone down.

Yeah I just received the Crumrine in last week and I've been pouring over the Big Gold Belt book. Review and comparison video will be uploaded this weekend. I did notice the font in the word champion is two different sizes.

You got lucky on your XMan belt. I purchased 3 of them and each one had issues. They even sent me a belt with one of the side plates curved the wrong way.

He's always done right by me. There was a crooked stone on the main plate and some hairline scratches. He knows ahead of time that his belts are going to be shown on my KZbin channel so I think that is in the back of his mind before he sends a belt out to me.

I just got the shop version recently and it was very disappointing compared to the one I got in 2001. It’s so flat and it cannot be curved at all. That’s my biggest gripe about it

It can be curved as I’ve curved mine. It just took some time and patience but it looks a lot better now.

I heated the main plate by leaving it for a couple of hours next to the window with sun shining through until the metal was hot then I did it over the arm of my couch. I kept doing this a bit every day for weeks and noticed small gains over time until I got a good curve.

The stacked belt isn’t accurate to the real belt used on WWF tv the original never had stacked plates. The wwe shop is and worst example

I'm aware that the original belt was never stacked. I specifically ordered it stacked because I felt J-Mar was lazy in his design and didn't add any depth to the belt. The stacking isn't for everyone, it's an acquired taste. I didn't like the original big eagle because it resembled a "gold plated hub cap" as you heard me call it in the video.

I already have two ORM belts. My HD Wrestlemania IV Winged Eagle and Undisputed V1 are both made by ORM. I'm in the middle of replacing this Big Eagle after my house fire, it isn't being done by ORM or X Man Belts.

They just need to redo the Big Eagle and make it the same quality as the blue logo big eagle. The shop Big Eagle is lousy. I've seen it firsthand and thr fact it's so flat and the "Addition " to Canada is just unacceptable. And people wonder why people still buy bootleg lol. Appreciate the comparison! I'm just reviewing a belt. I'm not going to ignore the issues that a belt has, especially if someone who is considering ordering one watches this video. WWE Shop has pulled the scratch logo big eagle from its website. Assuming that they have heard the criticism from the belt collecting community and are making tweaks to the belt to make it better. I don't say anything that isn't true in my videos. I point out and call attention to any defects that I find with any belt.

To be fair getting the colour wrong is a pretty big deal considering the globe sticks out with it being right in the middle of the belt. It’s such an easy thing to get right
