i would say he is the best soloq midlaner, not because pro players are so good that they are in diffrent level, elite wins the lane against most of the time, its just soloq and proplay is so diffrent, one you track everything, other you know everything your team knows

i think its match up dependent. night harvester is for more early game power + kiting while proto can be used as an engage or to run away. In this case, he was against darius who he can poke easily thus why he went harvester + aery + scortch as well. In general, both items work well on vlad and its up to ur personal choice. Personally i would have went proto + phase rush with flash ghost against dar, neeko for the disengage

against a comp that has a lot of range and squishies i prefer to go rocket belt, if more melee/tank champs night harvester might work better. if you have no phase rush, i also prefer rocket belt
