I was at the Juventus vs Lech match. Imagine that they only got that orange ball in the second half. In the first half they played in the snow with a white ball. During the break the referees made the end lines of the pitch with their heels (like children playing football on a dirt square). At times it snowed so heavily and the flakes were so huge that you couldn't see the players on the pitch. It was awesome. And we won. P.S. under one of the corners of the stadium there is a 19th century bunker, an element of the 19th century Prussian main fort directly behind the stadium. I mean, you can go down from the pitch directly to the fort's moat, through internal staircases and tunnels.

I remember when i was a kid and my school organised trip to this this stadium, even though it wasn't finished yet. We were just sitting there and watching how builders are placing grass on the field. The best part is one of Lech players was supposed to meet us, but he didn't come, so club gave us some candy bars instead xd. I always think about this when i pass this stadium.

LEGIA TO KURWA. ile tych mistrzostw było wygranych kradzionymi zawodnikami którzy nagle dostali powołanie od LWP? Nie waż się nigdy wymieniać nazwy tej grupy wśród cywilizowanych ludzi. Większość Polski właśnie za to nienawidzi legię, za granie nie fair. Bo tym było podkradanie najlepszych zawodników. Będziemy o tym tej kurwie pamiętać.

It's Amica Poznań, not Lech. This club has been playing under the license of Amica Wronki since 2006.

One suggestion, only come to Poland in May -> August. Every other month is just gray and ugly. I know you are from England, but english gray got some charm to it, polish gray is just sad.

I was born in the Dębiec district, historically the district of the Lech Railway Sports Club - KKS Lech. I was born near the old Lech Poznań stadium, today it is a ruin. The new stadium is located at Bułgarska Street. The old football stadium is located at 28 June 1956 Street. The facility is located at the very fork of the railway tracks near the Hipolit Cegielski factory.
