Enjoyed watching your video from an Ferencvaros perspective. For what it’s worth, I thought we (Celtic) we’re very slack last 20 mins playing out from the back and I knew we’d concede another goal. Thank you! This channel was meant to spread the European Football Culture by concentrating on the game. I got many positive feedbacks on my unbiased/impartial view, well, the secret is, I’m interested in the action on the pitch and in the fan culture only. Nothing else, really. Cuz football is about bringing people together regardless of their origin/religion/political view/skin colour/social status. It really should be about acting as a community instead of fighting and getting media hype around the useless fights.

Is it hard to buy tickets for Ferencvaros matches? My wife is Hungarian and we were meant to be going to this match but when we contacted the club they could not guarantee us tickets. Do you know what the regulations are for people coming from abroad? Hope you do a video on Kisvárda in the future. They're doing really well in the league for a club from such a small town. They might make the league a bit more interesting this year.

It’s not hard to buy, not for a domestic game. But you have to be here in person and purchase a card (less than 3£) and you buy all the tickets on that card. The only problem is whether your British certificate will be accepted here or not. It is not right now, I hope it changes soon. Kisvárda is doing well, yeah, but we don’t like them cuz of lack of history and many foreign players. They’re also far up in the norheast, close to the ukranian border. This season I don’t think I’ll travel there. They’re playing us tomorrow but I can’t go cuz I’m playing myself

Next time i'm in Hungary, I will do a stadium tour first and then get the card for match tickets. I have subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to more videos on football in Hungary.

Good video HVF. Beautiful City. What were they saying to Joe Hart? [ the ''not very nice words ] I enjoyed the game. Over the 2 ties, Celtic have dominated every stat and scored more goals. Ferencvaros actually played better against Betis and Leverkusen, Celtic just nullified your tactics and Ferencvaros couldn't cope with our front 3. Had Topmak not hit the bar at the start of the 2nd half, it may have been a different outcome, but Ralston also hit the bar and Kyogo's shot was cleared off he line, Celtic, overall, deserved the points and could've scored 5/6. That's a nice Euro stadium, great acoustics. Your Ultra's gave a good account of themselves for most of the game making noise for both of us. I'm sure, we will meet again next season. P.S I respect the fans boooing the symbolism of ''kneeling down to communism'' because of the subversive way of using ray sizzum to get their agenda into society, and Hungary had been blighted by militant communism for decades. The Western media, will never explain why Eastern Europeans react the way they do, but will use it as propaganda.

This was much closer to sellout than a domestic match (except the VIP area). In the league we average about 8k, the capacity is 22k so it’s something to be ashamed of. In Hungary there’s a very negative attitude towards domestic football because of big upsets in the recent decades 😕

Thank you for your honest Vlog and great content. May I ask, as a young Hungarian man, does it bother you that Hungarian fans are regarded as the most racist in Europe? Do you feel that the ultra fans supporting the national team are not a fair reflection of Hungarian football fans in general? Before kick off, we saw and heard objection to Celtic players taking the knee. In Scotland, every player from every team takes the knee before kick off, to show their support against racism and inequality in society. You have black players in your team, how do you think it makes them feel, when your own support opposes racism and equal rights for all?

Of course mate, glad you liked it. It does bother me quite much, yes, and I think it’s an unfair view as well. And yes, not a fair reflection of fans in general, that’s exactly what I stand for. My viewpoint is: booing out the kneeling is an inflexible and unacceptable behaviour. However, I would not point my finger at those people as harsh as you, Western Europeans do, cuz Hungary is one of the countries which have suffered under the communist regime for half a century and therefore a flexibility of your level has not developed in our country yet. This is something what Western Europeans in general won’t ever understand cuz they did not experience that disgusting dictatorship. Also, I think, it’s a matter of interpretation. The fans who are booing are interpreting the kneeling as a symbol of oppression (positioning people ahead of us), whilst you interpret it as a symbol of respect. In my opinion, pointing the fingers at the respect sign on the shirt is a good middle way. I hope I could give an acceptable answer to you.
