Plus Newcastle, Everton, Bournemouth and Chelsea plus the Emirates is about to be redeveloped with a new facade outside and a refurbishment and upgrade to the interior sections to bring them up to date and back into good condition, the Emirates stands are starting to look a little tired right now. I think Utd should go nuts on their new ground, they've got the space so should do something spectacular with it and make a form factor that still looks contemporary in 50 years time.
