The FIFA stadium bubble will eventually explode in your face. You cannot pretend for nations to pour in more than half of their GDP into brand-new stadiums. This is obscene, since after usage in the World Cup most of them will turn into "contemporary ruins". A 30-40 thousand ground would suffice in almost all circumstances.

في المغرب كل الملاعب ستستغل تقريبا مثلا ملعب مولاي عبد الله ملعب بسعة 69 ألف متفرج و نعلم ان جمهور الجيش الملكي كان يملئ معظم مدرجات الملعب القديم لمولاي عبد الله بسعة 50 ألف متفرج و يبقى الكثير من المشجعين بالخارج بينما المغرب الفاسي فهي تمتلك جمهور كبير و على الأقل في كل مباراة سيتم ملئ اكثر من 30 ألف مقعد بالجماهير بينما مباريات ذروة سيمتلئ الملعب عن اخره ، ملاعب أكادير و مراكش بعد توفير المواصلات لهما بكل تأكيد سيملئان خاصة ان سعتهما لا تتجاوز 46 ألف متفرج ، كلنا يعلم ان اتحاد طنجة تمتلك جمهور ضخم فتخيل صديقي انه اتحاد طنجة كانت في القسم الثاني و ملعب ابن بطوطة كان يتم ملئه عن اخره بسعة 45 ألف متفرج فكيف الان مع شكله الجديد و توفر كل وسائل الراحة و المواصلات ، يبقى فقط ملعب بنسليمان وليس لدينا شك في ان جمهور نادي الرجاء و الوداد في كونهما لن يملئاه هذا بنسبة للمغرب بنسبة لاسبانيا اعتقد ان الملاعب اصلا مبنية بناء على متوسط الحضور الجماهيري السنوي لنوادي الإسبانية ، بالاضافة ان ملاعب لا تمتلك مداخيل فقط من المباريات بل هي عبارة عن فضاءات مفتوحة امام زوار و لنا مثال في ملعب عش طائر في الصين الذي يذر بمداخيل تقدر بأكثر من 50 مليون دولار سنويا رغم انه لا يستقبل اصلا المباريات الا نادرا بل يستقبل فقط الزوار و فيه مقاهي و متاحف لزوار بالاضافة الى انه يستقبل احيانا بعض الحفلات الصاخبة ، و هذا اهم ما يمكن استغلال الملاعب فيه نعم الملاعب الحديثة ليست مدرجات ملاعب لكرة القدم بل هي مصدر لأرباح ضخمة اذا عرف كيف يمكن استغلالها و يمكنك استعادة كل ما انفقت عليها خلال بضعة سنوات فقط و بينما باقي الارباح تعد ربحا صافيا لنوادي في حالة تم بناء الكلعب من كرف الناظي او الدولة في حالة تم بناء الملاعب من طرف الدولة كما في المغرب
