Staff Feature: Pablo Cano

With over 30 years of coaching and recruiting in college football, Pablo Cano enters his 12th season with the Utah Football staff and is beginning his first season as the Director of NFL and Junior College Relations.
Cano started at Utah in 2012 as an assistant director of player personnel before being elevated to director of player personnel in 2016. Since joining the staff, he has been the Utes’ NFL liaison and junior college relations, officially receiving the title in 2023.
