Great run! Are you running Velocity AP's Stage 3 tune? Which upper pulley are you running? Their newer upper pulley with Griptech coating will help with SC belt slipping. Not sure your location, DA, etc. I am running their stage 2 tune (humid Florida environment) and best run at this point was 11.13. Can't remember trap speed. These cars have 10 sec runs in them, I know of a few in the high 10's and one in the mid (nitrous).

Thanks! The 11.5 was after multiple runs and it was 93 degrees out that day, so there was a bit of heat soak. I have the VAP stage 3 tune and also the transmission tune. I'm running the original VAP upper pulley. The belt was slipping so I switched it out for a Gates with no issues now. The DA where I'm at is around 2800. I haven't been able to run a better 60ft than 1.78. After using the dragy to run some 0-60 times I noticed the best times are when I use the paddles to take off in 1st. I believe in auto it starts in 2nd then has to downshift. I haven't tried the paddles at the track, just auto in sport. I plan on getting the E85 kit once Velocity releases it. My goal is 10's!

Build up the RPMs to 1.5-2k at launch and you’ll shave 3/10ths

What was your mph and da for the track? This run was after multiple back to back runs in 93 degree heat with high humidity. Stage 2 I was consistently running 11.4. Best run in Stage 3 so far was 11.30 at 127mph in ok track conditions. These times were all in sport auto just mashing the gas on green. I've practiced some launches building up the rpms and shifting with the paddles that cut a few tenths off of my 0-60 times. The car is in the shop right now with a broken motor mount and torn cv boot. Once it's repaired I have the 200 cel cats I'm installing and I will be back to the track for some updated times and hopefully new dyno numbers! Also it's a 2016 R AWD

@@2mchvnm Just did those exact upgrades on my 2018 XE 35T AWD through Mina Gallery. Velocity AP Vflash is on it's way! Can only imagine what that will do to your R. The lower and upper pulley upgrade with the performance intake tube kit is a huge difference alone without the tune.........

So many variants Temp hot /cold Tires/ tire pressure / stock . Driver inexperienced Usually with stage 3 tunes it's ignition and improperly gapped plugs.

Correct me if Im wrong but isn't brake boost only for turbocharged engines?

@Nik no, even with a supercharger, you gain more boost, the higher the RPM the car is at. Therefore, brake boosting at 3-4k would be beneficial here aswell. Maybe at like 2500 if youre taking it light.

@Nik no problem. Building boost off brake is alot better with turbos. Thats why turbos are preferred for drag racing. Turbos are superior but more expensive
