Stage 3, update on the back of the van ?

Lets call it stage 3 on the mods for the back of the van. I have found that having less room in the back does make it harder to have good places for everything. But hey Im making it work. Let me know what you think, any suggestions as to other changes?
Keep watching for what I might do to the van next.
I always found when I was an apprentice that there was a real lack of videos and online resources to help me. I think that most electricians are visual learners, I know I definitely am. So it's hard when we are expected to do 75% of our training in books. Because if this I've set out to start making a library of training and explanations to help my fellow electrical workers in areas they might be having trouble.
