18:19 I've watched all the dragon ball content available in english to me, and I felt the OG anime was the best of what I've seen. Not that it's anything super great, but 70% of Z didn't keep me engaged just because of how little I enjoyed the fights and even less of Super was any fun for me. The OG series at least had a few well choreographed fights that felt as though they weren't wasting time. It was also an adventure anime which aligns more with my interests. TL;DR The dragonball series isn't worth watching for anything other than the art. The redeemable qualities of the series are less than a third of what you'll actually see.
