Stage Fort Park - Beautiful ocean hiking minutes away from Gloucester!

In this video, we visited Stage Fort Park in Gloucester, Massachusetts. The site of a former military fort, this unique landscape is now home to practically any outdoor activity you can imagine in the summer, and some of the best hiking in the area in the winter. Definitely a spot anyone who enjoys the outdoors in New England will want to check out!

I spent many an afternoon walking on all those trails and hiking up and down those rocks overlooking the water near the cannon, and will never forget walking my dog Aries and my dog Tracker there, great times. If you go there not too far from there is ravenswood Park, it is truly amazing. There is a very small parking lot and then if you walk the entire trail it comes out to a quarry and then the ocean is absolutely stunning I highly recommend it. I will be going back for a visit very soon and I am absolutely going to spend some time at both of these places.
