Same here. I can't figure out restock stage either. I've tried stalking the finger pointers but that never accepts it. I have nothing to upgrade and my level is at Max and I still can't get elevator door to open. What is going on

I am on level 12! I have a parking lot and a elevator and a beach hotel and a restaurant and a vending machine as well!

How do you “Restock Stage”? I’ve tried on the daily challenges but it never accepts it. What am I missing?

There’s a blue button on the bottom right of the screen tap that it will show you things that need to be upgraded and it shows you how to get to the destination
