Stags Down!! Securing My First Trophy Otago Red Stag, Hunting NZ

Due to my main SD card being corrupt I've sadly lost over half of the footage to this video but do join me as we venture down south onto a massive Otago station to chase roaring stags. The weather was magic the company was legendary and the stags were going off. This has by far been the most epic hunting trip I've been on for a long time as I was lucky enough to secure my self a huge 12 point stag making it my biggest stag to date. Enjoy

Felt surprisingly good the next day aye. Been doing a fair bit of hill training so it seems to have paid off.

Sadly no mate she’s well and truly history mate. Been paid out and got a 2013 Hilux with all the goodies on it😜😜

Awesome hunt now you need a cooking segment, show us how you process your meat i.e. sausages, steak,or Salamis. 👍

We just leave the good cuts as steaks and mince the rest. So much easier to use with a big family. Venison lasagna, spaghetti bolognese, burger patties etc.
