How do you like this machine now after about a year? I was debating between this heat press, starcraft 15x15, and the HPN CraftPro. I think this is superior even if its pricey based off of other videos. How is Stahls customer service/warranty?

Bump. Hi Cyrstal - love the channel! I'm about to pull the trigger on the Stahls A2Z heat press (translation = I begged my wife and she finally gave the green light). But, like Mikyla, I just wanted to see if you are still using this press after all this time (coz I am also looking at the HPN CraftPro). Also Stahls' deidicated 20-amp circuit requirement is worrisome to me, do you remember having issues or concerns with this? Thanks in advance!!

@@cantaffordfestool8113 I went ahead and purchased the A2Z. I just got it the other day. So far its wonderful and Stahls has great customer service. I am actually getting an electrician in to install a dedicated outlet for me. I know that may not be an option for all but it is smart because you don't want to blow a fuse. My husband is a building engineer and highly suggested it seeing that our craft room shares a wall with our kitchen (appliances). This goes for any heat press I would assume. You should always double check. I see a lot of reviews for amazon heat presses that say their outlets set fire simply because someone did not check the requirements. A lot of reviews typically do not mention this.

@@mikylaandres8817 thanks for that info! And I definitely want to get the electrical requirement correct. May I ask how long you waited for the A2Z to be delivered? I was seriously about to hit Submit Order and my jaw dropped when I saw that it will take them 2+ months to get it to me! I guess it was not meant to be and I’m extremely disappointed. So I’m leaning towards the HPN Signature Pro now.

I think they overestimate it. I confirmed my order Jan 17 & received it Monday. So it’s pretty quick!

Hello, I bought a stahl press (maxx clam 40x50) for the quality they boast about and after 1 month it has broken (burned), as you can see in the photos. I contacted them and they told me that I have to pay the shipping for the repair. Customer treatment is unacceptable. Watch out for Stahls
