~11:40 Jungkook is singing his song "Still With You" in the puffy coat. Just from things we know about JK I can maybe give you some insight on possible reasons why he isn't moving and looks flat. When he does these lives where he sings to us many times he doesn't remember the lyrics of the songs. So on the screen he pulls up the lyrics. Also he is remembering where he put his voice in the song. If you notice at around 11:46 he is trying to place where his vocal is in the song at that part. Jungkook has told us MULTIPLE times he doesn't multitask well, so when he is concentrating on multiple things at once he can go "flat". The song you asked about is Jungkook's "Hate You" off of his album Golden. The clip of jin in a suit warming up at 4.38 was the day after his discharge from the military. He hosted a fan event, hugged 1000 fans and sang the astronaut, moon and super tuna… within a couple more days he was filmed hiking up the highest mountain in Korea as a start to his ongoing series run jin. Just started his alcohol business and participated in several reality series, released his album “happy” in November… the man does not stop… we hope and suspect there will be another music release before the rest of the members come home from the military in June. 💜🇨🇦

I think the reason Jungkook doesn't really move his face much in these videos might be because singing is just so comfortable for him he doesn't feel like he needs to do anything more when he's just singing casually like this

Fact : Jk definitely has perfect pitch! Fact : Jk has the most acapella videos. He likes spending his times doing live and singing to his fans. And yes, his live are the most watched and entertaining. We just love his magical voice! Yes.. i noticed it too. Jk doesnt really open his mouth when he sings but suprisingly he still manage to sound amazing, right? His voice is the most stable, versatile and beautiful. I bet he still has about 50% of his unused potential and im always wonder how he would sound if he really fluent in english and fully utilize all the abilities, skills, and talents that he possesses. ❤

He has both relative and absolute/perfect pitch. Relative is when he can recall notes with context and absolute/perfect pitch is when he hit notes without context.

JK does have perfect pitch . In a Run BTS episode,they are challenged to mimic a set of (8?) bells as the staff plays them at random...JK solves it in one try. Only time I ever heard his vocals stray was in his younger years as he was maturing,and that was only once. I'm a Jimin bias and am loving his new vocals, he retrained with a vocal coach for his 2nd album "Muse". Thanks for y9ur hard work💜❄️

have only been to a theater concert. I have been to 4 of them....Yet to come concert was live concert streamed from Japan. Everyone sort of screams at certain planned times. So we don't make noise during singing or talking. Chants are all done the same way as a concert. You were watching a sound check before the concert. They do not do their best during a sound check on purpose. .To save there voice for the concert . It is an army's dream to be able to do this. There are fan cams on this. One of the best shows is Golden Jungkook on stage. He gave away all the tickets..... in a raffle type drawing. I saw one 12 yr old who won. I think she was flying in from Japan. Shows' her whole trip ( mom recorded) and even opening the special box that JK gave to everyone. A clock for a meaning of time an instant camera perfume photobook for the pictures I think these are actually called vlogs Some songs are sang with the group Young forever is one. I remember a few songs in agustD concert and movie All theater concerts I hope the also do this with the concerts coming up soon.

Can you do a compilation of j-hope singing. He's never included in these acapella moments but he has a lot of them and he's actually a sub-vocalist. He has a really great voice that sometimes even gets mistaken for Jungkook's. And his voice has a lot of versatility (which you noted in your reaction to Mama). 9:11 some of that might be due to the language. If you watch ppls mouths when speaking hangul, they don't usually move a lot. My hangul teacher would have us hold a pencil in our mouths horizontally to help with pronunciation

Jk might be singing from the back of his mouth because Korean is typically spoken from the back of the mouth. Many western Korean learners will practice speaking with a pencil in their mouth to encourage speaking from back of the mouth since it doesn't come natural to us.

Jungkook does a lot of adlibs to their music live on stage and does it without people realising it. He hid it by showing as little facial movement while adlibing. So, practice over the years made him an expert at singing without much facial movement or effort. Second nature.

I'm really enjoying this break down! I like hearing a specialist talking about the boys 😊 Jungkook has a perfect pitch, but he is also a human so his voice sometimes plays tricks on him 🤭 Ha takes it well and moves on from his mistakes quickly (at least now!). You might enjoy his cover of Let There Be Love (by Oasis) for BBC Radio Lounge. He was very congested and his throat wasn't in a good condition but he performed perfectly!
