Stained Glass Pear Cake Instructions

Achieve beautiful color transitions using this dry sugar method to candy your stained glass pears!
I find it much easier to color fruits using corn syrup, but this dry technique is quite relaxing (if not fingertip-staining!) to create.
The "sprinkles" are gelatin caviar--I'll post that tutorial another day!
