Stairway to Heaven Walk, Co Fermanagh (6 July 2024)

Join me, if you will, on a pilgrimage of sorts. We're venturing into the heart of County Fermanagh, a land of rolling hills, shimmering lakes, and a most peculiar wooden staircase that seems to ascend to the heavens themselves.
They call it the Stairway to Heaven, and it's our destination. A path less trodden, perhaps, but one that promises spectacular rewards. In this film, we'll navigate its twists and turns, feel the gentle breeze on our faces as we climb ever higher, and marvel at the breathtaking panorama that unfolds before us.
Along the way, we'll delve into the history and legends that surround Cuilcagh Mountain, encounter the local wildlife, and perhaps even share a cup of tea with a friendly shepherd or two. It's a journey of discovery, a celebration of the natural world, and a reminder that even the most challenging paths can lead to extraordinary vistas.
