Falling Foss is lovely on the summer. I've been there when we stopped at the caravan club near by. There was lots of children playing in the stream. It is a nice tea room. Pity it was closed when you were there

There's a different way to get to the waterfall. There's a lovely walk to do aswel. The tea garden is only open march to the end of October and it's amazing. Staithes is 5 mins away from me. I'd love to show you around some of our amazing places someday xx

We have a friend who lives in Staithes and I remember that really steep hill. Your Airbnb looks lovely and got us thinking it might be nice to do a mini break somewhere not far from us maybe in Suffolk

Hello. New subscriber here, really enjoying your vlogs. I live down South, but adore Yorkshire, I holiday there regularly, well I did before 2020. Good to see you visiting to my favourite places, Staithes & Whitby, Dotty's is amazing, the teashop & B&B.We usually stay in a cosy, old Staithes Fisherman's cottage, (almost opposite Betsy & Bo), complete with log burner for the first week & a modern apartment in Whitby the second. I'll be going back in the Autumn, the first time since Lockdown, it hit while we were there, so we're finishing our 2020 trip really & adding a bit on. Loads to do,gorgeous food, fantastic walks, brilliant little, quirky, independent shops-plenty of bars, pubs & restaurants too. It's lovely seeing people happy, enjoying life, enjoying good food, the Lodge Curries look delicious-can I nick your recipe please? Btw, you're lodge is stunning.

Brilliant vlog, what a lovely place to visit. Shame your Garden Tearoom was closed, but you would never have had your cheese and onion toastie if it had of been open, so it was a bonus that it wasnt. Loved this vlog. What sort of things do you look out for when booking an AirBnB. Maybe you could do a short vlog on booking one.

Watching this has made me want to get some nice crackers and pesto or some other spread to put on them when I go to the store tomorrow. There’s really nothing like an English Village in the US; our small towns have a very different feel from yours. And I can see why you were out of breath after all that walking up and downhill.
