Interesting. Never seen piles removed entirely - usually just cut off below grade. And if there's interference with new construction, they typically redesign the foundation so as to not interfere.

いつも見てくださっていて有難うございます。秋葉原はすごく内容良かったのですが、残念ながら諸事情により非公開となりました(お察し下さい) やはり工事現場のありのままの姿を世に出すのはかなり難しいです正直。 ただ、綺麗事だけでは世の中回らないのは事実ですので、このチャンネルは極力そこのリアルな部分をこれからも追求していきます。よろしくお願いします。

仕事を発注する側からすると、仕事が丁寧で連携もばっちり。 最後に周辺清掃も怠らないし、重機や機材の清掃もばっちり。 値段が高くても、この会社に依頼すれば周辺住民との揉め事も起きずばっちりやってくれそうだし依頼したいって気持ちになれるなぁ。

とても有難いコメントです。 そうなんです、この小さい心遣いではあるんですが、近隣の皆様との関係が非常に大切なんですよね工事現場は。こういった安心して任せられる業者さんに仕事を発注した方が間違いなく安心です。金額ばかり見て痛い目に合っている方のお話もかなり耳にします。

まさに都心で場所打ち杭の施行をしております。 経がかなり違うので僕らのを撤去するとなったら、かなり大変なんでしょうね、、なんせ30mも掘りますから。、

貧配合のセメントミルクを杭を抜き時に同時注入する方法をとらなければ、地盤はゆるゆるですね、まあ売りっぱなしの不動産はどうでも良いけど、将来基礎工事施工するときには大変ですね♪（元　大手基礎工事会社の工事担当者よりコメントです！）

上下セットの杭なんて、実質倍の数があるようなもんじゃないですか。 工期もだいぶ影響しそうですが、費用で揉めたりしないんでしょうか。 そんな筈じゃなかった案件のように見えます。

抜かずに追加するってのはダメなんですかね。計算した場所にさせないとそもそも意味ないから、元々ある杭が邪魔になる、だから抜くってことなのかな。

その通りです、次の建築の杭と干渉してしまう部分だけ抜くってゆうパターンが多いです。 でもその次の建替え、はたまたその次ってなってったらその地面は杭だらけですので、いつか必ず抜く時がきますよね。 その時には100年以上地中に埋まっていた杭になるでしょうから腐敗してたりで抜く時苦労するんだろうなあ ってよく考えてます。
