Don't know where you're at and can order online, but agrisupply carries Carolina cooker, a good budget brand for jambalaya cookers, I got their 10 gallon one there for mostly chili cook-offs. There's some other options, bayou classic(think at least some of his pots are bcs), king kooker etc. that are sometimes in Lowes/ ace seasonally.
