As a person who visited the actual Chornobyl zone and Prypyat' a few years ago (before Russia started the war) I admire how realistically the interior of buildings looks in the game. The outside is not realistic though, it is all dense forest now - while diriving we did not see a 9-floor building until we were about 20 meters away from it
