It's Lead Container blueprint for PSZ-9I Falcon! Or at least it was on my PT. Too bad I had already commited and fully switched over to SSP-100I Survey at that point. It was the one blueprint missing for that great suit of armor!

GO to RedForest and head west you will find a place called quarry it's there read the description too
