There is a better artifact in that same area by the truck and crane, it gives a medium stamina boost with medium radiation buildup. It has helped a LOT with traveling once you find some radiation absorbing artifacts.

If you mean just in anomaly field - they generated randomly You got useful one, I got shit (there’s a way to abuse it with reloading though)

So this guy up and disappeared on me, the artifact in that area is stuck at the top of the old rusty light post not to far from the wood platform he was on. , im stuck

The first time I saved him, he was electrocuted, so I had to do it again 😆..just save game and try again
