The local PD has to make the arrest and these guys have to sign a citizens arrest form like everyone else. If they find dope on the suspect, can they arrest for that? Nope. They turn over the evidence to the PD and the PD will make the arrest. You are lost my friend, they have literally no arrest power beyond that of an average citizen, unless they encounter a fugitive they are contracted to bring into custody. TheJuice Man-I hate comments like this because it lessens the crime people are committing. I know personally because I've been stalked a couple of times by Exes and the last one stalked me for 2 years, 1 year offline and 1 year online when he moved out of town and because he was gorgeous my friends and the people I would tell would say the same stupid ass shit, "I'd let him stalk me any-day, his fine as hell" or "Remind me why you don't want him around again"? Which means I didn't get the support I should have gotten going through what I went through. I don't give a fuck how someone looks if they are violating your space and privacy when you clearly don't want anything else to do with them then it's a crime. Being stalked by someone that so-called looks good is no less invasive and uncomfortable than if it was an ugly person. But people get away with shit because of looks because of morons that never got dick or pussy before so they droole over how a person looks rather than looking at what they are doing. Until you're stalked you won't get the gravity of the situation, it's not cute and good looks mean nothing if the person is batshit crazy. Speaking from experience here!
