How do you manage to escape against a large group of ganker with stalker helm ect ? I tried your build and I can't even invis before W carving and boot miner. Is there a combo against that ? Maybe W carving and boot miner at start and invis potion ?

If they have Stalker Helmet, you must use the Specter Hood to reuse your jacket, or you can use the E for the Carving Sword + Use jacket. You should not stay in your place for long, try to escape quickly.
