Several of my coworkers and I went to a glass factory and make Christmas ornaments. It was great to see how different each one was. The shapes and colors were all different. We want to go back again because it was so fun.

Thank you both as always for your video it was so nice to see you both . I know the feeling so well. Having just retired from teaching midwives at a University I was all set to enjoy all the floss tube watching at a leisurely pace. Instead I am undertaking a few courses in different stitching techniques all with homework. I am so enjoying it though. Life and commitments change and we understand that. We will just look forward all the more to your posts when you can. I had to replay part of your video to check I heard you correctly, my goodness. You did say my name. I am so excited I feel as if I have won the lottery. Thank you so very much.

Thank you, Deb and Liz, for all the Stitch videos you record. Sometime during the pandemic, I discovered floss tube and yours was the one that caught my attention. Since then, I watch many others, but I always look forward to yours as it is one of my favorites. I look forward to them and pray they can continue even if we have to wait a month or so. Your videos are inspiring and has made me step out of the box and try different ways to change and create things to make my stitching more personable.

I thoroughly enjoyed sharing stitching this morning…early, early this morning…you brought me comfort and so much joy while enduring my first bout with Covid… I got re-inspired by you to pick up my pace on my Scenic Farm! And the Hometown series. I finished Quilt Store and finished it on a project bag, but want to do others in a row! It’s soo stunning and I have the perfect shelf for it. So now I can power through my down time…appreciating the fact that I can sit on the couch and stitch to my hearts content! Thanks for being there and being yourselves…a real treasure to me! 💕

Omygosh! Deb, I’m your StalledStash Twin on Scenic Farm!! It was the kit that pulled me back into stitching after 30 yrs! A friend wanted to learn to stitch, and after I got her started, I told myself I could go back to quilting. Then I saw this chart & your work on your channel and had to get it. I’m stitching on called-for 18 count kit DMC and the tweeding and backstitch are A LOT. Oy! It’s been in time-out for awhile now. 😂 I know where I’m going to hang it-maybe a post-it note on that wall space will kick start it out of stash status? I really enjoy listening and stitching along with you both. P.S. Just ordered needle cards, Liz.

Thanks for sharing you stalled projects. I have the same ones but they are on my need to start pile.? 😢

Thanks for sharing your stalled stash. I have some myself and it has encouraged me to dig out some of mine that I had loved before and for some reason stopped. I also do not like to finish things as far as fully finishing.. I have all of my finishes in a box and someday I will put them all together in a large quilt with material as the frame for each one. I'm assuming I will be somewhere around 100 years old when that happens😮😊

Thank you for another wonderful floss tube. Your laughter and smiles are so infectious! I am stitching Nora Corbett’s Christmas Couriers this year to make a mantle piece for next Christmas. All the reindeer tails ask for white Wispers. Could you advise on how long you have cut the furry fibers? I am using 12” lengths for the metallic threads and conditioning with beeswax. I think the wispers will need to be bit shorter and would appreciate your experience. Stitching on called for 32 ct Belgian linen.

I do like flower threads, so pretty and great coverage. Oh my gosh your stalled WIPS in waiting, such lovely designs. Hugs to Charlie, his antler toy is amazing, Mikey says hello to Charlie. Good tip on the hope, thank-you. love the Bee design, Liz, many times I couch a fuzzy thread on instead of cross's. Wonderful finishing for all your lovely items. Talking about stalled projects well I was making a clock for grandma made an error on the clock then she died so it sat until recently when I used the fabric for another small project and tossed the rest. I always love a trip through what you have in the works. What is the name of the alphabet blocks/squares that Deb is working on? I couldn't make out the name due to an awful head cold. It's so nice to see an alphabet that's not juvenile, too simple, or tied to a season. I really liked that stocking. Have to find that chart.
