Not "completely identical".... he's shorter than Gem (which is common with stallions cloned from geldings) and he also has different mitochondrial DNA. But neither really matter, as mDNA can only be passed matrilineally, so the DNA he gives to foals is 100% Gem's, despite he himself "only" possessing 99.999%. Crazy-cool, when you think about it.

I don't understand the pedigree. If the daddy is Gem Twist why isn't his name there?

Gem Twist is not the sire of Murka's Gem. Murka's Gem is a clone of Gem Twist - a genetically identical copy of Gem Twist. So Gem Twist and Murka's Gem have exactly the same pedigree.
