The song itself is actually pretty deep, telling about one´s decision not to give up on life, but rather go on, perhaps due to the positive effects medication can have on one´s mind (the songs name "Lääke" means medication"). It´s pictured from point of view of a person, standing in the middle of a road, hearing a car coming towards him, but at first he can´t find a reason to go on and dodge it. As the song progresses and we see his thought process in the lyrics, the person comes to the conclusion "One more step, just one more step" meaning he wants to keep on living.

Oh, please, let it be the music video version. If you're gong to listen more Stam1na, "Valtiaan uudet vaateet" is a great song. Video is kinda gore too, so happy days. "Pakkolasku" and "Kadonneet kolme sanaa" are good songs too. If this sort of music is your thing, then there's Turmion Kätilöt. Songs like "Naitu (Tuska Live)", "Dance Panique" and "Minä määrään". Lyricstranslate site has translations. For Thrash fans there's Stone. Songs like "The Day Of Death" and "Brain Damage".
