I am really enjoying this detailed review of creating basic flowers...haven't been able to do any paper art for over a year...time to get back to using my creative mind and my hands. Love all the tips and tricks in your narrative! You're more brave with those loose Prills than I would be...everything comes to a halt until I have a tray to keep them from bouncing all over Creation!! Love that you are creating so many varieties from the same basic petals...wonderful demonstrations of all the steps to achieve a beautifully finished flower. While I'm a fairly well seasoned paper artist, I haven't tried using Glossy Accents this way...I'll definitely be trying this for myself. Thanks for being such an encouraging teacher, Shellie...much appreciated!! This is one of the best flower tutorials I've seen in several years! THANK YOU!!

I’m sure any 65 lb paper will work. Try the distressed oxide and see how it does. I think it might be okay 😊
