My 16 year old grandson is in AP classes, on the golf team, has been a member of the Academic Challenge Team for 6 years, in the choir, marching band and 3 plays. I could NEVER go back to high school and compete with that! My husband was a hydraulics mechanic on the C-5, T-38 and F-15. Plus, we have an Aussie mix that just turned 6... such a small world! Love this card - so adorable! I went to an all girls' academy for high school - and took 4 years of Latin and also Spanish - taught by nuns! So, from kindergarten until a senior in high school I wore uniforms and was taught by nuns - so, I can safely say I would never want to go back to grade school or high school! Mary, I know this sounds elementary but could you talk about the process you use to choose your colors and papers. These were perfect. I have problems getting starting.

For sure! I'll try to mention it in a few videos! I tend to start with - 1) a color challenge (those are often fun color palettes to work with) and/or 2) I pick three - sometimes four - colors from a Designer Series Paper that I want to use. I have total faith that if the SU designer/artists combined colors then I can do the same and know I'll be successful! I tell folks - find a DSP or two that you really like. Pick a couple three colors from each of the papers - they're listed on the package, so it's easy! Then get the cardstock and ink (and as soon as you can - the Ink Refill, Stampin' Write Markers and Stampin Blends (if applicable) - in those colors. That way you can mix and match with confidence! Hope that helps??
