Stampin’ Up! Re-inker & Bubble Technique

Create beautiful backgrounds for your cards using Classic Stampin' Ink Refills, dish soap, water and bubbles!
This is a technique from artist, Catherine Rains where she used dish soap, water and acrylic inks. I wanted to try it with Stampin' Up! Classic Stampin' Ink refills, AKA re-inkers, and it worked! The July 2023 Paper Pumpkin Kit stamp set, Fun in the Sun was used on this project.
