Hello, I print 2", 3", 4" circles on paper then cut them out, I use on ribbons tops. I can't find a 4" paper punch anywhere! How hard would it be to use the circle scissor to cut a preprinted 4" circle? Also is there a video anywhere that shows how I would go about doing that? Please and Thank you in advance!

The glass mat is sold separately?... It doesn't come with it...

I don't think I would use a glass cutting mat. The glass is going to make the blade very dull, and very quickly. (It happened to my expensive knives when I used a glass cutting board.) I'll be sticking with my handy-dandy green cutting mat.😊
