Hello, I changed my user name however the "Check by" box still read as the old one, is there a way to update the JavaScript to reflect the updates? thx!

You said that you were going to touch on scripting for check boxes, but never did. Is this something you can address? And I mean actual check boxes, not radio buttons that look like check boxes. I'm trying to create a submittal stamp that allows users to check multiple boxes, but that's not possible with radio buttons. Thanks!
