Almost. I presume your Scottish Cairngreig. "Wi' a hundred pipers an' aw' an' aw'...... Meaning With a hundred pipers and all and all(meaning everybody else)or maybe with a hundred pipers in all and all(in total). Let me know the original if you find or know thanks. I think Wikipedia is wrong. Anyone can edit Wikipedia.

ediunicko Awfully late but, I used to sing this song in school in Scotland in the 70's, it's apparently a old song from maybe the 1800's or so...
@YorkyOne5 жыл бұрын
@@kathleenj01 Composed by Carolina Nairne (Lady Nairne), first printed 1852. I too used to sing it at school but in the early 1960's (and I'm English).
@kathleenj015 жыл бұрын
@@YorkyOne Thank you...My lovely teacher taught us the song, he was also English..But I must say I hated signing it...
@YorkyOne5 жыл бұрын
@@kathleenj01 I rather enjoyed singing it, although, I think I may have got the lyrics wrong. I always thought it was "over the border a war, a war" (which sounded great to an 8 or 9 year old) but I've just checked and it would appear to be "away, away". Oh, well.
@kathleenj015 жыл бұрын
@@YorkyOne Yeh we sang it as awa awa, pronouncing it like awoh, which sounds much closer to war than away I think..

Grande film dove si vede che la co.cciutagine da una parte e dall'altra,si scontra con la logica della nonviolenza e del vero raziocinio.
