@@jmlegrairstudio reason he breaths higher coz he was diagnosed with stomach cancer back in 2017 and had his stomach removed. This was followed by chest infection and a collapsed lung, then removal of appendix. His stomach cancer is rare but it's via a gene that runs in the family , and had claimed other family members.

If he doesn’t have a stomach at all, where does he hold food and liquids he consumes? How does the digested food get into the rest of his digestive system?
@Nursemeliame
@Nursemeliame 9 ай бұрын
@@cassandraanoai4034 you can live without a stomach. The stomach is responsible for only breaking down food we consume. The small intestine is the most IMPORTANT structure that is responsible for absorbing nutrients/vitamins from what we eat in order to be used as energy. They’ve reconstructed his small intestine to connect with his oesophagus. He would be on a high energy/high protein diet. This is because it takes time to digest enabling his small intestine to absorb nutrients from it. Overall, the health outcome from this type of surgery is very successful.

yes and his breathing is that way because he had his stomach removed from cancer - That's why he uses other parts of his body to support his breathing. Which means that sustaining those notes in the way that he has and does, makes him even more phenomenal. Thanks for the information.

I appreciate you so much. There’s a lot of ‘vocal coaches’ and ‘voice trainers’ on YT that can’t place notes, can’t identify between chest, head and stomach. And their feedback is just ‘his voice went really low because of the pitch of the note of the tone of his voice’ and ‘wow this is nice because his voice is good and toned’

Hey Jaron - Stan Walker won Austalian Idol back a few years ago when living in Australia - he is NZ Maori and his band are The Levites - each of whom has a superb voice as you have witnessed. They are Christian followers and extremely reverent and spiritual. Michael Buble was on the Australian Idol show and coaching Stan on one of his performances - he said "God has kissed your throat man!" The judges said he could sing the phone book. He has the voice of an angel. I think my all-time favourite male vocalist and next would be Teddy Swims! :-) Glad you got turned onto his music. Everything he sings is GOLD.

Stan Walker’s voice is astonishingly great.I love absolutely everything he does musically. The Levites backing here is gorgeous. When Stan was on Australian Idol at 16 Michael Buble was one of the tutors for a week….when Buble spoke about Stan he said…. I have got nothing to teach him…..his voice is way better than mine……Stan won Australian Idol at 16. When Stan sang Prince’s Purple Rain , (I am also a huge Prince fan) I was gobsmacked with just how soulful and good he sounded. Stan has had so much adversity growing up amongst violence SA, DV, drugs and then his stomach cancer and his stomach removed……yet he has survived it all , and just grows better and better…it is insane….and he is super positive and grateful and loving to his wife, young family and mother. He is just so soulful….I love his music and I love his soul.

Whether known or unknown, there is African lineage here, Samoans, Tongans, Māori etc have African ancestry. It’s very hard to authentically tap into this sort of channeling/energy without it as Black/African American music is made from it and requires a very specific source/connection to produce the energy but also the type of sound/voice needed; it’s what makes it powerful and we can always tell the difference when it’s forced imitation/mimicry (non-Blacks who grew up around Blacks, listened to Black music etc) vs an authentic connection. Very well done. And to others commenting who are having issues with his analysis, he can judge/critique. This is his (Jaron’s) culture.
