Nehemia, I know how tough it is to begin to fast. I am skinny but fasting saves my life when I do it. The first day is the most difficult. Please fast. You need nothing. Not even much water as long as you don't sweat much or lose fluids any other way. You would do fine and your arteries would be cleaned up. Nobel Prize 2016 Autophagy. It really does that. Other studies show, too. Most importantly: Scriptures confirms it. Please do! Your beautiful wife fast with you. Do it.

Nehemia please please look into the carnivore diet and prayerfully consider. It saved my life, and reversed my insulin resistance and high blood pressure. I lost 1kg a week with ease. I know many people promote tge plant based diets, but they are high carbs and your body needs protein to heal and restore and carbs are your enemy right now. The information about God's name is invaluable. The hiding of the correct pronunciation of God's name has gone on way too long. Scholars,are demanding the proof Professor Gordon has. I pray,in Yeshua's name that funds be made available for him to succeed in being able to do so. Even $5 or $10 will help them.
