Good promotion. Better to buy in gated community for 2 cr - 3 cr etc. if software job lost then the person can get watchman , washerman and cleaning job in community easily.🤫🤫🤫

One more thing. In gated communities some amenities may be there, I agree. But having car is a must either self driving or engage a driver. Only one car is not enough....if three or more members have to go out for work or school....difficult to commute. Day to day needs are ok. In standalone apartments....many can get autos or buses closeby. Even shops are nearby. It is easier for friends and relatives to visit us.... especially for senior citizens. Otherwise their life would becomes completely engulfed inside the campus only. Club house....how many times we perform functions? So...pluses and minuses in both. I prefer to stay in standalone apartment. No peer pressure.

Standalone apartments drawback is non officials floors because the builder was building 5 or 6 floors without permission and it will effect in further for resale. Builder need to take permission based on Land area and they need build till that.

Small community like standalone looks very grounded and easy but for large communities as gated huge crowd and mostly concrete and doesnt have personal space have to decompose in that given space imagine if you stay in 22 flr in gated community and you forgot.your mobile after coming out of society 😂😂😂😂😂 then what option do you have now ???

I stayed in both on rent and I must say if u have kids then gated community is best as yours kids will enjoy all amenities and have friends and will be more safer for kids and family , if bachelor or without kids then standalone is best.

Gated community is useless. Nobody is building accommodation for servants. Without that facility, independent bills has no meaning as we have to search for the helpers again. For them to come walking into the gated community also is tiresome.

Everyone wants NEW BUILDINGS, NEW FLATS, They are forgetting that everything and everyone ages. Example. Recently i have come across a old flat in Mothi nagar area, below 40 lacs. Same area new flats crazily people buying over 1Cr. In about 5-10 lacs one can make the old Flat new With good renovations, instead everyone want new flat!!! Its stupidity Especially In Hyd Severe water crunch we will see again becz of this stupidity, eventually everyone will suffer

For the people who are saying, "who can afford must buy in gated for security, children play area bla bla". Security is not private army, they just write names in register and allow people. I am in standalone since 8 years. I have good security, 5 acres of walking space and play area in municipal park opposite my apartment, good life. No one will impose rules on me, maid also uses same elevator .. no discrimination, metro in 500 meters, 1000 rupees per month maintenance, from balcony I can see sunrise not opposite flat balcony/bedroom :) and good luck with the UDS in high rises. Its not about affordability its about mindset. People are mostly buying in gated because of FOMO. There are filthy rich people in my apartment who could afford gated community but they didn't.

It's not that easy to implement all these features to complete. When flats turn old people start selling n try opting for new. Other reasons being in old flats children grow n move to other places n abroad. They think of selling. Most important is full cooperation among all residents which is absent in most cases. No one wants to take charge but he is the first to blame the management. Maintenance default in most cases. When flats are of 10 years old all problems arisr n require frequent repairs. Due to all these reasons people sell at a price on compromise basis n move to other places.

Well said bro, most of the stand alone apartments don't leave set back also, no basic ventilation, no space for parking only, where they will construct a room for crèche, I think the person who is telling has a stand alone apartment. In the gated community you have very good ventilation and many facilities like, super market, saloon, sports area, clinic,I have a flat in stand alone apartment and a flat in gated community, I never faced problems in club house, this fellow is telling his opinion, who cares

Now a days busy man life needs all comforts like swimming pool and gym and running track , playing grounds etcc...which can't be available in standalone apartments. We know the prices in hyderabad for the same facilities if we take the same facilities outside.
