Hi Tom, nice video of a good run you had. The loco runs really well. I spoke to the current owner at length about the loco. A really nice guy. I plan to build a 4-6-0 tender version of the class 4 loco. If anybody could assist in locating sources of materials and components for my project that would be great. Great video of a great place. Thanks, Andy, Spoke to the builder Dave Bentley, he confirmed it's Jim Vass drawings, and details off Doug Hewson 5'" drawings, plus his own interpretation from full size photo's from when he had a footplate ride on full size. A lot of the details being made from scratch, hand valve's, gear change box,etc. Len Steele injectors & safety valves, Boiler by Helen. Wheels cast from his own patterns. Any info please ask.
