This is good illustration of HIE... the universe of the HIE and medical eco system needs to have blended lines between various lines... It is also critical to protect the privacy, transparency and proper oversight of patients, providers and systems. This video is a really good explanation, but the level of data points.... vendors, systems, research, practice.... it's a lot. The concept of terms and context... are incredibly important. AND, the needs of these buy ins... so big. The ability of health insurance and companies and various translational medicine needs to be able to better create worlds of risk/investments.... depends upon the reality of this work.... The buy in from all stake holders into this need is very very important. Trust matters... the fractionated work in which to build these tools and make better what we already have is very important. #LoveEVICTShate
