It works with any iPhone and any stand as long as you put the phone in landscape mode and plug the charges if not using wireless charger. I am using SE2020 in this mode at night.

It will work with any iPhone, yes. However, it will only stay on at all times with an iPhone that is ‘always-on’ display compatible

I got it from Apple, it is the Belkin Boost Charge Pro 2-in-1 Wireless Charging Dock with Magsafe, built specifically for Standby and a nice product, relatively new. Fair, this is why I put a disclaimer in the description. This is by no means intuitive or official, it is simply a clever little workaround. The effect it has on your screen and or battery is up for debate, as i’ve seen some say they did something similar (when other methods worked) and it didn’t affect their batteries negatively. I officially recommend upgrading your iPhone to an Always On model if you can afford it, this is very much a use at your own risk type of shortcut, but it seems people are keen for something like this even despite the possible drawbacks, up to the individual at the end of the day
