@@JudoLifeThanks for the question, Graeme. I like: 1. That you focus here on the Self-Defence aspect of Judo, in that this is practical judo; not just focusing on Sport techniques 2. I also like that you look at the 'neglected' (to me), and therefore somewhat out-of-the-ordinary subject of standing armlocks 3. As always, I very much appreciate your clear way of explaining things I would welcome more Self-Defence focused content, especially in a Nage Waza context (but not exclusively). Perhaps standing Shime Waza would be a nice counterpart to this.
