Join me for this standing 20 Minute Dumbbell Arms And Shoulders Workout to Tone And Sculpt! Exercises to get the biceps, triceps, shoulders and upper back stronger.
In this arms workout we do 3️⃣ arm exercises in each set - 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest to give you enough time to do 10 - 12 reps of each exercise.
We repeat each set 3️⃣ times and eventually move on to a 3️⃣ minute AMRAP (as many reps as possible).
Get a selection of dumbbell weights for biceps, triceps, overhead press and lateral raises. 💪
