This is a GREAT tutorial, for years I tried to do this move. This week I tried a backflip with my head pointing my shoulder, as you say in the video. I literally don't know how it happened, but, I did the back full, without understanding what had happened. Didn't need to spin my arms or anything, the head set the body into motion... Not every tutorial talk about it, loved it.

1st master backflip ,then arabian flip ... then next go for this..it will be easier ..if you know corkscrew then it is child's play..but it is harder than corkscrew... role of arms is vital....move it like a baseball bat..but in flow..don't break the flow....eg.for right side twisting from left side starting from left waist both the arms bring both with full force to the right over the shoulder...no stop no...u will twist 180 degrees now in air...no stop no.. now arm closer to the chest or u can punch ur left arm punching armpit... u will twist another 180 degree...keep looking back..don't try to look over the shoulders..its not a-twist or b-twist ....

Hey Aaron, when practicing with the punching bag I hardly ever kick with a lot of power. My punches work fine. I know I just have to relax and let go, but it's almost like I'm holding back subconsciously. Do you have an idea on how to overcome this "problem"? Thank you!
@GingerNinjaTrickster

Dear gnt, im a brown belt in karate and im getting into tricking i can do an aeriel so what flip shall i learn now? Whenever i try a back tuck im not scared or anything. Im actually quite confident, but i just dont flip. Ive got the technique down and ive seen the tutorial. But whenever im half way through with my back facing the floor i tuck really hard and tight so that i can rotate faster but it just never works. I never get over my back. I always get halfway through and at that point i never go over. Any tips?

Is it too late to get into martial arts? I took a kung fu class for about a year when I was in 4th grade, but then I stopped. And now I'm in 12th grade, I'm 17(almost 18) and I'm trying to get back into it, been stretching at home every day, but is it too late? A lot of great martial artists started at a very young age, for example: bruce lee started at age 13. I feel like it would take me years to get flexible enough again, is this true?? Oh and one more thing, since I mentioned bruce lee, can you teach us how to do bruce lee's jeet kune do side kick?! Would mean a lot!! :D

Rockha2 You won't really notice unless you have a 4k screen but the quality should be better when it's condensed to 1080 or 720 so hopefully you will see the difference :)

GingerNinjaTrickster Is it worth it to upload such big file? :D I mean it's good but. Well ignore that question. hahaha Or not. I mean I'll never have something to see anything that big. My laptop is as good as a 720 and 1080 with desktop.
