Love these. Been doing them for 3 months. I modify slightly the Hand to Hand and Openers, as I stand in strong stance for each. Hand to hand like a step aside and pass an attacker, while you have the opposite hand up guarding. Openers, stand in strong stance and use it to develop jabs and straight punches from the shoulders.

@JustinIsBackHome
@JustinIsBackHome 7 ай бұрын
@@user-ld1qq9us5gin my personal opinion you should cross train a bit. Kettlebells will definitely get you muscle and power but you also want to use “classic” training sysetm with barbells and dumbells or machines to balance out the rest of your physique. But if you don’t have access to anything it’s definitely a worthwhile investment just add calestenics in your training program and when you get stronger you can use your kettlebell as a weight to help make exercises like pull-ups harder

30 lbs. Brace your core while doing it. Work your way up slowly. KB are heavy even if you been using dumbbells. Might wanna do a light KB for the windmill

I weigh 250 pounds and use a 53-pound kettlebell. It should feel heavy, because your center of mass will shift as you move around the weight slowly and your body will react to it by staying still thanks to core contraction.

I've always heard 8kg for a beginner female. If you can try out the weights ahead of time, just pick the weight you feel most comfortable using, but 8kg should be good for most.
