One way to cure gerd/acid reflux is to heal the duodenum by daily diluted apple cider viniger after meals. As well as TUDCA, a type of stomach bile that increases bile acidity and decreases bile cholesterol content… Low stomach acid is mainly caused due to inflamed ducts…. Bile ducts etc… which can usually be clear out with TUDCA treatment. If ulceration is too bad… will need pecid or other antiacid treatment for a few days/weeks. Make sure no hpylori infection… etc…

Lemon juice is really strong and flavorful and needs to be diluted with water. That's why a typical liter of lemonade only has 1-2 cups of lemon juice. He did not "jampack" it with sparkling water, he diluded it to taste. On top of it, the sparkling water was necessary for the baking soda to fizz up.

This is also called Effervescente. You can buy it in jars. The contents are described as white jagged crystals that you add to water, and it forms a lemony sodium antacid fizzy drink that helps calm indigestion and tummy aches. Its lovely and refreshing. Yes it's a digestive, something we like to drink after some nice lunch. The small mess is actually the goal here because 1 it's meant to make it fun and something to laugh about with the people you are with and 2 it makes you drink the whole glass right away helping with the digestive effect of the drink. What is the point of drinking vinegar when the whole point of drinking the baking soda is to neutralize stomach acids? The vinegar (an acid) just neutralizes the baking soda, making it totally inert and useless for the entire purpose you drank it for.

In India we have it as a lemon soda like what you do is pour lemon juice in a glass and add little more than sufficient salt and add sparkling water fill the glass with it.😊Note:-the sparkling water should be made freshly otherwise you won’t get that taste
