Ma'am in standing, open or continuing offer when the offerer is willing to supply for a reasonable period of time or the amount which is required for 12 months.. then the offeree accepts it and asks for the maximum which is required.. ma'am I'm having a doubt whether the offerer can revoke the contract before the actual period?

Jaise agar 900 bags mai kaam ho jaye aur jarurat na ho to utne ka hi contract ho sakta hai, kya aise hi agar 1000 bag se jyada jarurat ho to kya wo v acceptable hoga? ya fir ek aur naya contract banana hoga q k standing offer ka limit 1000 tak ka tha.

For a valid contract, offer and acceptance are must. There is no offer from either side for even 1001st bag.. so for any bag over and above that standing offer, there cannot be any acceptance. And hence no contract.

Mam hum jab doodh waale se baat krte h regular milk supply krne ki to order kiy bina hi vo regular supply krta h yaha pr to implied order h aur iska mtlb order automatically milta ja rha h to kya doodh waala kbhi mna nhi skta h because of standing offer We don't have to give order expressely every time like in this case so mam can the order be implied in standing offer??

Contract can be both express and implied. Has your milkman never refused to supply milk? ( he did not get the supply, shortage etc.) or have you never refused to take delivery (going for a vacation, too much leftover). When you move forward in contract law, there are so many sections about impossibility, frustration of contract etc. A real life contract cannot be completely understood with just one theory. If your query is can your milkman refuse to deliver milk some particular day, yes he can. I hope this answered your query, if not let me know what exactly you didn’t get. @@AdvocateNidhiGupta Mam I got your point and it's easy to understand this concept in real life like it is quite obvious to say that milkman can deny our offer as it has happened to us most of the time quite obviously but mam I just want to clarify this legally on page because there may be several examples like in which order is mentioned automatically in proposal means impliedly and in the book named "RK BANGIA" it is given that order amounts to acceptence then If order is already mentioned which ultimately means acceptence is already given so mam in that case milkman cannot deny that offer Ultimately my question from you is: If there is firmly asserted that you will give milk to me regullarly at 5 AM(Acceptence is done here because order is impliedly given that amounts to acceptence according to my book) So becoz acceptence is complete how can milkman revocate my offer thereby bcoz that will otherwise amount to breach of contract. Plz mam answer me I haven't been getting it from anywhere for many days
