what the hell- for over a year no one could help me with the pain i had in my mid to upper back - i was a national weightlifter and all- my form was all off on overhead presses and my back naturally over curves- finally an answer thank you

Really cool test witch you showed. Never saw before. I was also not sure if i have a flat Thoracic Spine syndrome. When you showed the test I directly felt discomfort (Probably from the last few years heavy deadlifting). I will now make more of your exercises and will work more on My Serratus. Hope this will help Thank you.

Are there more exercises to treat this condition? I injured myself doing military press, now standing straight or sitting for long periods hurts, I can barely do any physical activity without pain. I’m 19 years old and this has been going for 1 year. I would appreciate any help, thanks.

Thanks for the video. Could thoracic extension syndrome cause pain on one side of the back? I have mid to upper back pain on my right hand side, which is made worse by any movement of my right arm, eg. stretching, reaching etc. Been going on for almost 2 years after an injury and it's worse lately but no one can tell me what it is. It does seem easier to lift up my arms when not standing completely straight.

Could this cause or be related to shoulder impingement?
