@tooeasy1100 you seen Paul Ricard ? 20kmh more top Speed than others are not just 40hp more in GT3 cars, and at the Nürburgring the Comentators even said in the race "horsepower reaching to 700hp in case of the bmw and McLaren"

​@hos3209I agree that the BMWs are almost certainly pushing way above 590, but 700hp seems a bit too steep. I think a figure closer to 640hp is rather closer to the truth. I wouldn't base my opinion based on what the commentators say, *not that I know more than they do*, they've forgotten more about GT3 racing than I'll ever know, but commentators usually boost some figures related to performance to make their sport seems faster than it most likely is. MotoGP and F1 (SHOCK, I KNOW) are the biggest offenders when it comes to commentators boosting performance figures and speeds to give their sport more visability

@@rodrigomarques3023 neither do i believe they are allowed to run 150hp more than others, nor do i base my opinion on Comentators but, they are allowed to push a lot more horsepower because objectively the car is just worse than all other cars on the grid. And therefore its allowed to run more power which is quite stupid if you see how they blast past other cars....and yes 700hp i just too much and i used it just to point out the difference

Up to the 24h Nbr 2023 the ADAC released BoP tables with actual max. HP numbers per car. You can look it up. The BMW is neither the lightest car nor the car with the most HP. You can look it up online. My guess is that the engine has very high torque (turbo + max. 7000rpm) and/or the car is very efficient for driving in a straight line. Here are some HP @ weight ratios for the 2023 24h NBR qualifier races I found via the official ADAC documents: R8 Evo2: 512 hp @ 1325 kg AMG GT3: 548 hp @ 1355 kg M4 GT3: 520 hp @ 1350 kg Huracan Evo2: 507 hp @ 1305 kg 911 GTR R (992): 536 hp @ 1300 kg 296 GT3: 518 hp @ 1305 kg
